2007 Trustees Report

During the year of 2007, the Trustees oversaw several activities and developments.

           

1.         Approval and purchase of a Xerox machine for the church, a laptop for the Interim treasurer and purchase of a computer for the Administrative Assistant and Pastor.

2.         Recommendation for approval by the Joint Board the "Policy Guidelines for Ministry Finance Team".

            3.         Discussion continues on looking for property for a church.

            4.         Recommended that the Building Committee be re-activated.

            5.         Recommended to the Joint Board the discussion of:

                        a.  Articles of Incorporation

                        b.  Resolution 01-08 (501c3 status for AncMC) & 02-08 (Pastor and Lay Pastor retirement)

            6.         Evaluation and increase of salary of the Administrative Assistant.

            7.         Approval of increased hours of the Hospital Chaplain in the budget development.

            8.         Discussion on purchasing a handicap van.

             9.       Approval of portable Sound System with wireless microphones and sound mixing board.

10.      Recommending to the Church Council the hiring of an Administrative Pastor.
